VulnAxis

Turning a complex security service into a clear path from overwhelm to action.

Challenge

For a stretched security team, another report can mean another pile of work. VulnAxis helps turn vulnerability data into a prioritised plan of action, using technology, automation, and security expertise. Its website had to speak to the people dealing with the alerts, reports, and pressure to show progress. They needed to see how the service could help them decide what to tackle first. We were asked to plan that buyer experience and carry it through to the first website build.

Solution

Plan how people would arrive

We developed a strategy covering social content, email, the website, and the links between them. The website had a defined job: help interested visitors understand the service, assess its relevance to their team, and decide whether to start a conversation. That plan also identified work to pursue beyond the initial build.

Begin with the pressure on the team

The website opened with the workload its audience would recognise: too much data, too few resources, and urgent demands for progress. We showed the route from a mass of findings to a prioritised remediation plan. The technical capabilities followed in that context, explaining how the service supported decisions the security team already had to make.

Build and deploy the first version

We blueprinted, built, and deployed the website in Framer. Visitors had routes to contact the team or request a proof of concept. We also prepared the forms and guidance for VulnAxis’s technology consultant to connect enquiries to the client’s systems.

Results

A deployed website and the plan behind it

VulnAxis received the buyer-experience strategy and its first implemented website iteration. The team could introduce the service through a live site and use it in sales conversations.

An explanation security teams could investigate

The page connected technical detail with prioritisation, coordinated action, and reporting progress. Visitors could follow that explanation through to a contact or proof-of-concept request.

The next priority was sales

The broader strategy covered content and email beyond the website delivery. With the site deployed, VulnAxis’s team turned its attention to driving sales.
