Zigglebee

Connecting products and programmes through a shared story of family support.

Challenge

Shari and Mike were preparing Zigglebee to support autistic children and their families. The offer brought together InfoMate, a QR wristband, with programmes for caregivers and siblings. Each part served someone in the family. The launch story needed to explain those roles and why they belonged together. That story would guide the website and launch communications, so the people Zigglebee intended to support needed to see themselves in it.

Solution

Start with everyone in the family

Through StrategyComics coaching, we worked through the needs of children, caregivers, and siblings with the founders. We organised the product and programmes around those people, showing where each could offer support.

Draw the story, then look at it together

We turned the discussions into an illustrated brand story the team could review. Shari said the draft reflected what they had discussed. She also asked us to add a sibling character. That was a useful detail to catch: siblings were part of the offer and needed a visible place in the story.

Put the story to work at launch

The narrative informed the website and wider marketing plan, connecting the introduction to InfoMate with the caregiver and sibling programmes. Launch planning included a sequence of social posts and messaging about InfoMate’s availability through Walmart.

Results

A comic the team could use

The illustrated strategy showed how InfoMate and the programmes fitted into family life. Shari and Mike had a shared reference for explaining the offer and making marketing decisions.

The story reached the website

The narrative became part of Zigglebee’s website as it went live. The site introduced InfoMate within the wider account of support for children, caregivers, and siblings.

Messages ready for the launch

The work gave the team a brand story to use across social content and product announcements. That included how to talk about the wristband’s Walmart availability alongside the wider family programmes.
